Overall design |
Chromatin fragments, derived from siControl and siKMT2D (using 2 different siRNAs) treated cells, were immunoprecipitated with antibodies against Anti-Histone H3 (mono-methyl K4) and Anti-Histone H3 (tri-methyl K4). After purification of DNA from cell lysate by functionalized magnetic particles, libraries for next generation sequencing were prepared and analyzed using standard procedures.
