R1 mESCs were trasnfected with siRNAs against CnAb1 or Control (Luciferase) using Lipofectamine. mRNA was extracted 48 hours using Qiagen RNeasy Mini kit using DNAse treatment
Microarray was performed after QPCR validation of the downregulation of CnAb1.

| Overall design |
Cells were transfected with siRNAs: Control, CnAb1 (1) and CnAb1 (2). For the MicroArray analysis we used 3 control, 3 CnAb1 (1), and 2 CnAb1 (2) samples.
