Summary |
Adult mouse muscle was enzymatically dissociated. Muscle derived stem cells proliferate unattached, in spheres, in the proliferation medium. Cells from spheres were also incubated in a differentiation medium. They differentiated into neurons after 7 days in culture. Keywords: neuronal differentiation
