Summary |
GPR40 deficiency in B cells was shown to result in enhanced B cell activation and proliferation, antibody production, germinal center formation, and class switch recombination. We used whole transcriptome sequencing to analyze B cells isolated from the spleens of both GPR40-WT and GPR40-BKO mice.

Overall design |
B lymphocytes from GPR40-WT and GPR40-BKO mice were separated by B cell isolation kit and analyzed using RNAseq.
