Summary |
Using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), we isolated approximately 100,000 cells from mouse kidneys and generated a large-scale transcriptomic dataset corresponding to time points of 4 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 5 days, 14 days, and 28 days after IR. Our preliminary analysis identified 16 distinct cell types, providing a robust database to study the changes and evolution of renal IRI from early to late stages.
