Title The mechanism of cardiotoxicity induced by evodiamine and matrine was revealed by epitranscriptomics
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary By using epitranscriptomics, the mechanism of cardiotoxicity induced by evodiamine and matrine was discovered. Experimental findings indicated that evodiamine and matrine altered m6A levels within the cells.

Overall design To investigate whether m6A modification is involved in cardiotoxicity following evodiamine and matrine treatment, we performed MeRIP-seq on control cells and cells treated with evodiamine and matrine.
