Summary These samples are part of large study to understand the rectal mucosal immune environment among MSM.
 
Overall design 140 rectal biopsies from MSM and contols subjects from various Race, Age and Infection status groups. 57 samples previously submitted in GSE211922 (see below table of reanalyzed samples).
