Title PKM2 aggregation drives metabolism reprograming during aging process
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Mice was administrated with doxorubicin (DOX) to induce premature aging. Also these mice were administered intragastrically with vehicle or K35 or K27 compounds. After 20 days, these mice were sacrificed for liver tissue which were subjected to RNA sequencing to find the differentially expressed genes between control and treated groups.

Overall design The liver of C57BL/6J was treated with Dox and K35/K27 were sacrificed for liver tissue which were subjected to RNA sequencing to find the diferentially expressed genes.
