Summary |
To further development of MG-related lncRNA expression differences, we have employed whole lncRNA microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify MG-related lncRNA with the potential to distinguish MG.

Overall design |
Our study used the Arraystar Human LncRNA Microarray V5.0, a microarray designed for global profiling of human lncRNA and protein-coding transcripts. Eight myasthenia gravis patients and eight normal patients were analyzed.
