Title |
Mucociliary epidermis RNA-seq data from controls during early patterning (st. 14-20) |
Organism |
Xenopus laevis |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
This study was conducted to investigate the temporal expression of patterning genes in the Xenopus mucociliary epidermis.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Unmanipulated embryos were used to generate animal cap explants at embryonic stage 8. Explants were grown into mucociliary organoids and collected at embryonic stages 14, 16,and 20 for total RNA extraction.
