Title Non-homogenous intratumor ionizing radiation doses synergize with PD1 and CXCR2 blockade

Summary Partial tumor irradiation combining low dose radiation with high dose radiation within the same tumor mass would prompt an antitumor effect when combined with immunomodulators. Partial irradiations (50%/50%) of subcutaneous MC38 tumors with millimetric precision to deliver low dose radiation (2Gy) and high dose radiation (16Gy) within the same tumor was performed and single-cell RNA sequencing of CD45+ cells analysis was done in both the two part of the tumor to identify tumor-infiltrating immune cells.
 
Overall design scRNA-seq datas of CD45+ cells from subcutaneous MC38 tumors from control mice (Ctrl, 4 replicates, total tumor irradiation (TI) at 2 Gy (TI2, 2 replicates) or 16 Gy (TI16, 2 replicates) or partial irradiations (PI) (50%/50%) either 16Gy/0Gy (PI16/0, 2 replicates) or 16Gy/2Gy (PI16/2, 2 replicates). A total of 16 samples is included in this study.
