Summary To investigate the function of SDC1 in the regulation of anti-tumor immunity, we established B16 and MC38 cell lines in which sdc1 or control RNA has been knocked down by shRNA.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for B16 and MC38 cell lines representing sdc1 knockdown, sdc1 knockdown+c30 mutant, sdc1 knockdown+ect mutant, sdc1 knockdown+sdc1 wt, that were stimulated with IFNr.
