Title Multi-Omics molecular subtyping based on commensal microbiome predicts molecular characteristics and therapeutic response in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer [Spatial Transcriptome seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary We thoroughly analyzed the molecular subtyping of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer and its different manifestations, and located T cells and Tumor cells related to the survival of breast cancer through single cell sequencing and space transcriptome according to our score, and finally investigated their relationship with the therapeutic efficacy, providing a scientific basis for the treatment of triple negative breast cancer.

Overall design 10x Single-cell Transcriptome sequencing were used to obtain the characteristics of 2 TNBC samples , and 10x Spatial Transcriptome sequencing were used to obtain the characteristics of 4 TNBC samples.
