Title miRNA expression data from Sus scrofa BM-MSC
Platform organism synthetic construct
Sample organism Sus scrofa
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary Gene expression of characteristic chondrogenic markers and miRNA expression were analyzed in cells cultured in differentiation medium and significant differences were found between gelation/PRP microgels and those containing only pure gelatin.
We used microarrays to detail the miRNA expression in studied cell cultures for identification the expression of miRNA and study the up- and down-regulated miRNA associated.

Overall design In order to study miRNA expression related to chondrogenic differentiation, Sus scrofa Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells (pBM-MSC) were seeded in gelatin/gelatin-PRP (GEL/PRP) microspheres and cultured with proliferation (PROLI) and chondrogenic differentiation (DIFFER) media for 6 weeks (6w).
