Title Fusobacterium nucleatum intraoral infection and periodontitis in C57BL/6J mice

Summary Individual miRNA analyzed were successfully constructed through NanoString technology of a total of 577 mouse miRNAs in 20 number of SHAM mice and 20 number of Fusobacterium nucleatum infected mice, which have been euthanized on the end of 16 weeks infection study.
 
Overall design The study depicted here, is a 16 weeks of total, 10 mice/group, Sham infected and Fusobacterium nucleatum infected groups both in 8 weeks and 16 weeks, followed 16 weeks, euthanized and extracted left mandibles for miRNA expression profiles, of a total of 577 unique Nanostring miRNA panels. This leading to successful construction of supervised.
