Summary |
We conducted snRNAseq of mouse astrocytes after traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). These data reveal transcriptomic similarities and differences among astrocytes in healthy spinal cord and after spinal cord injury.

Overall design |
Young adult mice, 2 to 4 months of age, were given a full crush SCI. After 28 days, mice with SCI (n=4), and age and sex matched uninjured controls (n=4) were perfused, and tissue samples collected and snRNA extracted and evaluated as described below.
