Title |
RNA-sequencing of PDX from small round cell sarcomas |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study was to profile the transcriptome of different small round cell sarcomas from patient-derived xenografts. We derive unique gene expression associated with each of the fusion proteins driving these sarcomas.

|
Overall design |
We obtained fresh-frozen tissue from the PDXs from small round cell sarcomas including Ewing sarcoma, CIC-DUX4 sarcoma and desmoplastic small round cell tumors. After removal, RNA was extracted and processed for RNA-sequencing.
