Summary |
The mechanistic study employed NGS-RNAseq to capture differential gene expressions, which were subsequently analyzed using big data analysis, the GSEA predictions revealed that DibifreeĀ® reversed the pathological kidney gene pattern observed in patients with type 2 diabetes. The network diagram derived from comprehensive databases (KEGG, GO, and DO) depicted the correlations between DibifreeĀ® and diabetes, including diabetes-related comorbidities.
