Summary We performed polyribosome-bound mRNAs sequencing (polyribosome-seq) using the samples from NSUN6 depleted K150 cells and control cells and calculated the translation efficiency (TE) for each sample.
 
Overall design Translation efficiency (TE) of individual transcript from K150 cells with or without NSUN6 knockdown was calculated by dividing its FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript per Million mapped reads) in polyribosome-seq by its FPKM in corresponding input RNA-seq
