Summary |
Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are incurable neoplasms that arise from early hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to evaluate mechanisms of resistance to venetoclax-based therapies.

Bone marrow mononuclear cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
