Title RNAseq of primary and recurrent ovarian cancer tumors with and without BRCA1/2 mutations
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNAseq was generated for a cohort of ovarian cancer patients to identify gene expression changes between primary and recurrent ovarian cancer tumors from patients with and without BRCA1/2 mutations

Overall design We performed RNAseq in 62 primary and recurrent tumors from 28 patients with stage III/IV high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC), of which 11 patients carried germline, pathogenic BRCA1 and/or BRCA2 mutations.
