Title |
RNA-sequencing of matched samples from rhabdomyosarcoma samples, obtained before therapy and mid-treatment resection |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Eighteen samples were obtained from 9 patients who underwent delayed resection. The purpose of this study is to identify transcriptomic shifts in samples during therapy.

|
Overall design |
Scrolls from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded blocks underwent automated RNA extraction using the Maxwell RSC RNA extraction kit. RNA-seq libraries were then generated using the Takara SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-seq Kit v2 – pico input. Libraries then underwent sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq sequencer.
