Title Sequencing of isolated glomeruli from low salt and high salt diet fed salt sensitve Dahl rats

Summary We report the comparison of low salt vs high salt diet fed Dahl rat kidney glomeruli by sequencing analysis
 
Overall design Dahl SS rats were fed a 0.4 % normal NaCl or a 4% high NaCl diet (Dyets, Inc) for 21 days starting at 8 weeks of age. Kidneys were isolated and glomeruli were isoalted by differentilal sieving and immediately snap frozen.
RNA was isolated by the TRIzol method, libraries and sequencing were done using a Lexogen/Illumina platform.
