Overall design |
Dahl SS rats were fed a 0.4 % normal NaCl or a 4% high NaCl diet (Dyets, Inc) for 21 days starting at 8 weeks of age. Kidneys were isolated and glomeruli were isoalted by differentilal sieving and immediately snap frozen. RNA was isolated by the TRIzol method, libraries and sequencing were done using a Lexogen/Illumina platform.
