Title An mRNA-based universal vaccine candidate confers improved cross-protection against heterosubtypic influenza viruses in mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The single-cell transcriptional profiling of T cells in the spleens of vaccinated mice revealed that the mRNA-based vaccine significantly promoted CD8+ T cells and memory T cells by prime-boost immunization.

Overall design The single-cell transcriptional profiling of cells in spleens 7 days post-prime and boost immunization was performed to gain further insights into the cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in the mRNA-based universal vaccine.
