Title Dissecting the mechanisms underlying the Cytokine Release Syndrome (CRS) mediated by T Cell Bispecific Antibodies
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We performed bulk RNAseq of HUVECs exposed to cytokine-rich supernatant from T cell dependent cytotoxicity assay with CEA-TCB or DP47-TCB (untargeted-TCB; negative control) to study their activation and contribution to cytokine release.

Overall design Supernatants from T cell dependent cytotoxicity assay with DP47-TCB (untargeted-TCB) or CEA-TCB were collected and transferred to HUVECs for 6 hrs. At assay endpoints (6hrs), HUVECs were collected, washed and lysed for bulk RNAseq.
