Title Effect of Domatinostat treatment on MKL1 cells

Summary To investigate the effect of HDAC inhibition, we treated MKL1 cells with 10µM of domatinostat or vehicle control (DMSO) for 24h, and carried out bulk RNA-seq
We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of vehicle control (DMSO treated) and domatinostat treated samples (in duplicates)
