Summary |
To investigate the effect of HDAC inhibition, we treated MKL1 cells with 10µM of domatinostat or vehicle control (DMSO) for 24h, and carried out bulk RNA-seq We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of vehicle control (DMSO treated) and domatinostat treated samples (in duplicates)
