Title ChIP-seq for histone H1.2 in iWAT of C57BL/6 mice under normal conditions or upon cold exposure
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Our study represents the detailed analysis of whole-genome DNA-binding sites of linker histone variant H1.2 in iWAT of male C57BL/6 mice under normal conditions or upon cold exposures, with biologic replicates, generated by ChIP-seq technology

Overall design DNA samples for histone H1.2 ChIP were extracted from inguinal adipose tissue of 10-week-old male mice. For normal conditions, mice were housed at 22℃; for cold conditions, mice were housed at 6℃ for 3 days. Two biological replicates of immunoprecipitated DNA samples were sent for sequencing.
