Title |
ARIH1 activates STING-mediated T-cell activation and sensitizes tumors to immune checkpoint blockade |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To explore the molecular mechanisms how ARIH1 activates CD8+ T cells and enhances PD-L1 blockade therapy, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to determine whether Arih1 overexpression affects the gene expression in 4T1 cells.

Overall design |
GSEA analysis of the enrichment of top pathways (left) for genes between Arih1-WT-OE and Arih1-C355S-OE 4T1 cells.
