Summary Single-cell RNA-sequencing and single-cell TCR-sequencing was used to characterize PGE2-mediated changes in the gene expression profile of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells.
 
Overall design Ptger2-/-Ptger4fl/fl, CD4CrePtger2-/-Ptger4fl/fl, GzmBCrePtger2-/-Ptger4fl/fl and C57BL/6 wildtype mice were subcutaneously injected with BRAFV600E tumour cells at their flanks. Tumours were harvested on day 11 post tumour cell inoculation and tumour-infiltrating CD8+ T cells were sorted by FACS. Each experimental group consisted of 4 biological replicates.
