Summary Our study identifies pathwyas related to tumour suppressor fuunction of estrogen receptor beta in colon cancer cells under hypoxic conditions.
 
Overall design Estrogen receptor β, encoded by ESR2, was overexpressed using lentivrial system in HCT116, colon cell line, obtained from ATCC.
