Title Effect of electroacupuncture on gene expression of adipose tissue in HFD-induced obese mice

Summary To investigate whether electroacupuncture (EA) promotes adipose tissue browning by regulating the expression of angiogenesis genes through EA, we sequenced the adipose tissue of mice fed high fat diet with and without electroacupuncture, as well as those fed normally.
We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 9 mice in three groups.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for ND group,HFD goup and HFD+EAgroup.
