Title |
Stress response by phase-separated p62 |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the role of p62 phosphorylation by ULK1 on NRF2 activation in vivo.
|
|
|
Overall design |
We then generated p62S351E/+ mice, phosphomimetic knock-in mice in which Ser351 corresponding to human Ser349 replaced by Glu. The livers from p62+/+ and p62S351E/+ mice at P19 were subjected to mRNA-seq analysis.
