Summary |
To investigate the effects of DSF on Arabidopsis in Xcc infecction, we used 2 μM DSF pretreated the roos of Arabidopsis for 48h and then inoculated with Xcc, We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of pretreated/unpretreated at two time points (inoculated with Xcc or not)
