Summary |
To investigate the roles of OASIS/CREB3L1 in astrocytes during DNA damage response, we established OASIS wild type and deficient primary cultured mouse astrocytes treated with or without anti-cancer drug doxorubicin. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells.
