Title mRNA changes during primary human keratinocyte differentiation

Summary RNA sequencing (RNAseq) of primary neonatal human keratinocytes under non-differentiated or differentiated conditions
 
Overall design mRNA levels were compared between keratinocytes at different stages of differentiation vs non-differentiated keratinocytes (Basal). In addition, keratinocytes were cultured in media without epinephrine for two passages (Basal_NoEpi) and compared with keratinocytes in full media (Basal).
