Summary |
In this study, we characterised transcriptomes of mESC in different conditions EPSCM and KOSR subsetting them for their single expression of SOX2 or the double expression of SOX2 and GATA6 in these conditions. 2iLIF (sorted only by DAPI negative cells) were used as control.

Overall design |
This study contains 3 conditions (2iLIF, EPSCM and KOSR) and 5 samples (2iLIF Dapi negative cells, EPSCM SOX2+, EPSCM DP, KOSR SOX2+ and KOSR DP) of mouse ESCs that have been in each condition for 4 to 5 passages. The single cells were specifically sorted for Dapi negative and SOX2:GFP+ only or SOX2:GFP and GATA6:mCherry double positive.
