Title Effect of deficiency of TAS1R3 on testicular gene expression in male mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Many studies have reported that taste receptor TAS1R3 is highly expressed in male reproductive tract, but the role of TAS1R3 in male reproduction and underlying molecular mechanisms remain unknown. To investigate the role of taste receptor TAS1R3 in the male reproduction, we performed RNA-sequenceing analysis on testes from C57BL/6 male mice.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for testes from Tas1r3+/+ and Tas1r3-/- mice.
