Summary |
Many studies have reported that taste receptor TAS1R3 is highly expressed in male reproductive tract, but the role of TAS1R3 in male reproduction and underlying molecular mechanisms remain unknown. To investigate the role of taste receptor TAS1R3 in the male reproduction, we performed RNA-sequenceing analysis on testes from C57BL/6 male mice.
