Title Nontarget-site resistance due to rapid physiological response in 2,4-D resistant Conyza sumatrensis: Reduced 2,4-D translocation and auxin-induced gene expression
Organism Conyza sumatrensis
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We used RNAseq to quantify trascript expression from three populations of Conyza sumatrensis before and 5 hours after treatment with 2,4-D. This study investigates different responses between a 2,4-D resistant biotype compared to a 2,4-D sensitive biotype.

Overall design Comparative transcript expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for a herbicide resistant population (r) compared to two sensitive populations (S and T) before and 5 hours after treatment.
