Title |
NGS analysis of T-ALL cell lines treated with mTORC1 inhibitor |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We recentlly showed that everolimus, a mTORC1 inhibitor increases reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, decreases the levels of NADPH and of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), the rate-limiting enzyme of the pentose phosphate pathway (PPP), and induces apoptosis of T-ALL cells.

Overall design |
Jurkat, TALL-1 and CEM cells lines were treated with 10 μM everolimus or drug vehicle after for 24 hours. Then we collected cells and extracted the RNA to perform the RNASEq analysis.
