Title |
A single-cell RNA sequencing atlas of circulating leukocytes from healthy and osteosarcoma affected dogs |
Organism |
Canis lupus familiaris |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We used single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize the heterogeneity of circulating leukocytes in dogs, then employed the dataset to investigate how primary osteosarcoma (OS) tumors impacted circulating leukocytes.
|
|
|
Overall design |
The complete dataset consists of circulating leukocytes from 7 healthy dogs and 10 OS affected dogs. The final processed Seurat objects are provided as 'final_dataSet_H.rds' (Healthy only) and 'final_dataSet_HvO.rds' (Healthy and osteosarcoma PBMCs). Each major immune cell type subset is provided where 'cytotoxic.rds' = CD8/NK cell, 'helper.rds' = CD4 T cells, 'myeloid.rds' = Myeloid, and 'bcell.rds' = B cells. All R code used to complete the analysis can be found at: https://github.com/dyammons/Canine_Leukocyte_scRNA.
