Title Reverse Transcription quantitative PCR (RT-q PCR) analysis of osteogenic-related markers for osteogenic differentiation from human periodontal ligamen stem cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by RT-PCR
Summary We pre-treated human periodontal ligament stem cells (hPDLSCs) under Iinterleukin-6 (IL-6) in osteogenic inductive medium (OM) on osteogenic differentiation potential and investigate the specific signaling pathway by clarifying with several antagonists (Dkk-1, SP600125, SB431542, and DAPT) and siRNA (siWnt2B, siWnt10B, and siWnt5A) to identify the differences in the expression pattern of osteogenic related markers by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR).

Overall design qPCR gene expression profiling of differentiation cells compared to undifferentiated cells.
