Title |
Gene expression profile at single cell level of various immune cell populations from the whole lung of treated and untreated mice. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
LPS induces a variety of changes to the lung immune cell landscape, this is also true with the treatment of Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C). We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of immune cells in the lung.

|
|
Overall design |
Acute lung injury was induced via intranasal introduction of LPS and subsequent treatment with I3C after 48 hours lungs were euthanized, single cell suspensions of the lung were collected, and analyzed using scRNAseq.
