Summary The goal is to examine the relative abundance of Agrp transcripts and changes to gene expression within GT1-7 cells (immortalized mouse hypothalamic cell line, used as a model of AgRP neurons) treated with Klf4 siRNA, scramble siRNA, or Ca2+ DMEM (vehicle).
 
Overall design Exon count and differential gene expression analyses from RNA-seq data from GT1-7 cells comparing a Klf4 siRNA, scramble siRNA and a Ca2+ free vehicle group
