Title CaP-coated Zn-Mn-Li alloys regulate osseointegration via influencing macrophage polarization in the osteogenic environment

Summary To investigate the mechanism by which Zn alloy scaffold regulates macrophage polarization towards M2, we established RAW264.7 cell lines
We then performed gene expression profiling using data obtained from RNA-seq in macrophages stimulated by three different sets of materials.
 
Overall design Differential gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from RAW264.7 cells stimulated by CaP Zn, CaP Zn0.8Mn, CaP Zn0.8Mn0.1Li alloy scaffolds.
