Title |
CaP-coated Zn-Mn-Li alloys regulate osseointegration via influencing macrophage polarization in the osteogenic environment |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the mechanism by which Zn alloy scaffold regulates macrophage polarization towards M2, we established RAW264.7 cell lines We then performed gene expression profiling using data obtained from RNA-seq in macrophages stimulated by three different sets of materials.

|
Overall design |
Differential gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from RAW264.7 cells stimulated by CaP Zn, CaP Zn0.8Mn, CaP Zn0.8Mn0.1Li alloy scaffolds.
