Title CRISPR Anchor screening of a barcoded library in cells treated with standard of care neuroblastoma drugs
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Other
Summary Neuroblastoma cells were treated with a barcoded library of >600 genes and one of several standrard of care neuroblastoma compounds (or vehicle control)

Overall design Sequencing of gRNAs of each cell line treated with the barcoded library and a standard of care compound or vehicle control
The sequencing data (gRNA abundance data in drug-treated cells) are analyzed with a de facto tool called MAGeCK. This tool is standard and outputs data for all measured gRNA abundances for all perturbation conditions (drug treatments in our case) for all samples. The detailed description can be found at https://sourceforge.net/p/mageck/wiki/output/
