Summary We interrogated the differential binding of PARP-1 domains (ZnI, ZnII, AD-WGR) and a ZnI mutant in Drosophila via ChIP-seq of third-instar larvae.
 
Overall design We performed ChIP-seq using third-instar larvae expressing ZNII-YFP and Control animals (3 biological replicates per group).
