Title |
Metabolic targeting as a strategy to overcome targeted therapy resistance in NRAS-mutated melanoma |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the molecular response of melanoma xenografts to combined MEK-inhibitng and metabolic targeting therapy.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Patient-derived melanoma cell cultures were injected into the flank of Balb-c/nude mice. The xenografts of the different treatment groups were analyzed using scRNAseq.
