Title Metabolic targeting as a strategy to overcome targeted therapy resistance in NRAS-mutated melanoma
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the molecular response of melanoma xenografts to combined MEK-inhibitng and metabolic targeting therapy.

Overall design Patient-derived melanoma cell cultures were injected into the flank of Balb-c/nude mice. The xenografts of the different treatment groups were analyzed using scRNAseq.
