Title Maturation of Long Lived Plasma cells

Summary To analyze global gene transcriptional changes and BCR clonal differences associated with long lived plasma cell specification, we sorted LLPCs and bulk PCs using Blimp1-ERT2-cre rosa26-LSLYFP expressing mice and analyzed them using bulk RNAsequencing
 
Overall design on day 90 or day 5 after tamoxifen, YFP+ and YFP- CD138high B220- PCs were FACS-purified from BM, SPLEEN from young mice (age 6-8 for treatment) and middle-aged mice. (age 24 weeks at tamoxifen treatment), with 3-4 mice per group. Day 5 mice were aged 24 weeks before treatment
