on day 90 or day 5 after tamoxifen, YFP+ and YFP- CD138high B220- PCs were FACS-purified from BM, SPLEEN from young mice (age 6-8 for treatment) and middle-aged mice. (age 24 weeks at tamoxifen treatment), with 3-4 mice per group. Day 5 mice were aged 24 weeks before treatment
