Title |
Analysis of the role of Dectin-1 in the development of intestinal tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells [scRNA-Seq] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the potential role of Dectin-1 in the development of intestinal tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells, we purified CD11b+ & CD11c+ cells from colorectal polyps of wild-type (WT) or Dectin-1 deficient (Clec7a–/–, KO) mice after azoxymethane (AOM) and 3 cycles of dextran-sodium-sulfate (DSS)-administration for 16 weeks, and compared the differences in the populations of each myeloid cell subset by scRNA-seq.

Overall design |
WT and KO mice were admnistrated with AOM (10mg/g) and 3 cycles of 1% DSS for 16 weeks. Colorectal polyps and non-polyp tissues were collected and CD11b+ & CD11c+ myeloid cells were purified by BD FACS Fusion. These cells were then applied for single cell RNA-sequencing.
