Title Transcriptome profiling of phagocytic or non-phagocytic microglia from Ifngr1 cKO mice.
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Investigate the effect of depleting Ifngr1 in microglia on their response to acute neurodegeneration

Overall design Apoptotic neurons were stereotaxically injected into the cortex and hippocampus of WT and Ifngr1 cKO mice. After 16 hours, phagocytic/non-phagocytic microglia were sorted for RNAseq.
